Mediation

Mediation is a structured conflict resolution process between different family members including couples, young people, their families and their extended family.

Mediation is the process in which an impartial third party (a mediator) facilitates the resolution of family disputes by promoting the participant’s voluntary agreement. Mediation aims to enable the parties to reach their own mutually agreed decision.
