Family Group Conferencing is a service which facilitates family involvement in decision making by developing family plans to keep children/young people safe and connected with their extended family network.

It assists families to come together to explore how they might support a family member, child or young person. This involves a lot of preparatory work exploring and identifying support and care options among family and extended family/close friends to provide a comprehensive plan of ongoing support.
