Glastonbury

Provides families with intensive support and assistance to manage difficulties to prevent out of home placement of children. If required, this service also includes preparation and planning for children to return home to live with their families. All referrals for this program come from the Department of Human Services.

Typically this intervention has a clear time-line and specific directions about what skills need to be developed by parents/caregivers and families to ensure safety of all family members and children.
