Short-term case management
All requests for service require some direction and input. Because of constant demand for our services, Family Services provides regular contact and support to families who are unable to access a ser vice immediately. This could include a range of interventions such as telephone support, single session (time limited) counselling, mediation, crisis management, informtaion about other services or referral and linking to other services. Often the service is short-term and a family does not require ongoing casework.
