Employment Working at Glastonbury Child & Family Services Glastonbury is a vibrant community service organisation which provides innovative, high quality services for children and young people. We work in partnership with families and the community to build on strengths to achieve both individual and social change. We have an active Social Committee that arranges staff functions and we participate in charity events in the community, including the Barwon Banks Fun Run and Corporate Rowing. As well as informal staff gatherings, we hold a mid-year and end of year staff lunch, have an active Footy Tipping competition, regularly celebrate birthdays and have developed a range of other initiatives particularly related to health and wellbeing which are listed separately on our webpage.
